There is A LOT to learn as a financial aid administrator and with constantly changing rules and regulations it’s important to know where to go for the latest information.  There is an abundance of training materials and resources available to you and in this session, we will share a list of tools to help you succeed on the job.  You don’t have to HAVE all the answers, but you do need to know where to find them!

Edward “Eddie” Hill is the Vice President of Student Lending and School Relations Manager for Citizens, boasting nearly two decades of experience in higher education. His journey began in NJASFAA in 2006, where he served on the Executive Council for over 14 years. Throughout his tenure, he has served as a conference co-chair eight times and chaired the Novice position three times. He also held various leadership roles such as Vice President, President-Elect, and briefly served as President of NJASFAA. Previously, he served as the Director of Financial Aid at Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Currently, he holds the positions of Conference Co-chair, Novice Co-chair & Member-at-Large. Beyond his professional pursuits, Eddie enjoys Living the Dream with his wife, Aimee, and their two children, Mason and Thalia.
