Professional Judgement is more than a regulatory requirement, it’s a commitment to seeing the whole student. This training equips staff to make thoughtful, open‑minded decisions that honor each student’s unique circumstances, viewed through a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Kendrick Myles is an Assistant Manager of the Office of Financial Aid at Rutgers University and a passionate advocate for fostering inclusion and belonging in higher education and ensuring all students have access to information to enhance their financial literacy. Kendrick previously served as Chair and Co-Chair of EASFAA's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and currently serves on the NJASFAA DEI Committee.
